WinBook TW700 with Windows 10

Postby K5DCR » Sun Nov 01, 2015 5:28 pm

Trying to get the Dashboard to work on my WinBook. Every thing works fine, until I start to open the "dashboard application" file. Then I get this message.
Any ideas?

Sorry you're having trouble, from the looks of it the configuration file is corrupt... not something I've seen before.

Can you please post a copy of the file:

C:\Program Files\FUNcube\Dashboard-1.0.848.1\Dashboard.exe.config

or send it to our operations email address:

Note: if you have ever set the warehouse upload credentials in the dashboard, then you should see them in the config file, please blank them out before posting!

Cheers,
Duncan.
