Please help!
We have not uploaded any frames since last Thursday, 12-02-2014. There has always been an internal issue where we have to open the browser to trigger an upload. However, the error count remains even after opening the browser. We have restarted the machine, replayed the last sesion but still no joy.
Has anything changed in relation to how we connect to the warehouse? Is there anything we can try to resolve the issue?
